Marauder .25 full Hill upgrade and moderator install

Good job on the upgrade. Great ES. Another good upgrade is to have the bolt probe thinned down. Bigragu told me about his experience with it and I was able to source one and gained around 25-30 fps. Rocker1 on GTA performs this type of work. I have performed a lot of upgrades to my Armada in 25 cal and it gets 32 shots around 43-45 fpe with the hades pellets. Rocker1 also prints aftermarket baffles that outperform the stock ones and help shush things up even more.

Brought the spring all the way back and here are the results. Still breaking in the spring valve and regulator.

Premium Regulated Matched Parts Kit:

Regulator, Valve, Hammer, Peak Striker, Matched Spring, and High Flow Transfer Port.



Replacement Barrel shroud:

Shorter 19 1/2" Barrel Shroud, 8" Moderator, and the Picatinny Barrel Band.

Marauders are fun to tweak on. I just recently scored on a lightweight air tube, and I’m going to revisit my trusty Marauder now that I’m more seasoned on PCP workings.

i had mine on that 40/40 tune for the longest time, then decided to go for higher power but suffered on shot count, which I don’t care about as I’m Air independent.

I just completed the full premium regulated matched parts kit install on my Marauder .25. Also added the shorted Hill shroud and #8 moderator.



The difference in sound is amazing and the shots are extremely consistent 850 fps with an extreme spread of 4 at 24 shots. 39.84 Ft/lbs.

You have a nice setup there and you have the "A" team chiming in. Tim Hill is the real deal. He machines fantastic parts and they preform as advertised. He stands behind his products 100%. My .22 Marauder with his full kit and a Huma was a great shooter and consistent as well. I have since pass along those parts to a good friend and now have it back stock with a 30/30 tune. Enjoy.

I love the upgrading as well. I find it very soothing when I work on my guns whether it's adding a new part or working on tuning it but I find that when it all comes together and my pellets are flying into the same hole to be very gratifying. I shot my 22 B-rod today and it was awesome shooting 60 times and looking at the gauge and seeing that I probably had another 3 mags of air left lol. Have you polished and waxed the barrel? I did that to mine over the winter and it really made a difference with a couple of them. Great looking rig.

I love the upgrading as well. You wanna get that baby really quiet, put in hills peek striker. In combo with his moderator, it’s just going to be a PPPPFFFFTTT! Sound when shot

I've got a .177 Marauder F/T. Installed the Hill lightweight hammer kit, peek striker, and extended shroud w/extra baffles. Shhh.......It's vewe, vewe, quiet.

She is dead quiet and you are right the hammer and peak striker helped a lot.
