Much like Google Reviews - members are allowed to create (1) unique thread for each vendor/manufacturer. You may "edit" your thread at any time to reflect any changes.
I had a problem with one of the magazines I purchased and not only was it replaced but the parts to fix original was sent with my next order. Also he replies immediately. Deserves a mention.
