Mantis 3-9-40 Air Rifle Scope Problem

My scopes windage adjustment screw is locked and I can’t turn it one way or the other. While sighting it in I happened to turn it all the way to the right because POA was so far off now it won’t budge...what happened?

Send it on for warranty don't mess with it.
