The classifieds section has some really good deals on Huggetts and DonnyFLs why go thru the trouble for an adapter? A firearms silencer isn't as effective in quieting a PCP. YO!

Does your S500 have female threads at the end of your barrel or muzzle weight? If so then you would need a double male 1/2unfx20 easily available. Typically UK PCPS have male 1/2unfx20 that's why I asked. If you want to use a firearms silencer on your PCP then you have to line the inside with felt or scotch brite to make it effective or fine steel wool if you want it significantly quieter on your powder burner. Why would you want a male to male? Are you sure you're not thinking a 1/2-20 UNF female to 1/2-28 UNF male adapter? That way if you're barrel is threaded with 1/2-20 UNF, you can screw the female 1/2-20 UNF portion of the adapter over your threads, and the 1/2-28 UNF threaded portion will be exposed to accept a suppressor that is threaded with 1/2-28 UNF.

FYI - the AA S500 has a FEMALE thread on the shroud, not male like most other brands. Gun with female and LDC with female requires an adapter with male/male.
