making the best of it

I recently broke my ankle at work and have been unable to get out and do some shooting. But while
sitting in my backyard one evening I noticed that my neighbor has rats in their tree...game on! So the next evening I got the wife to go smear a little peanut butter on a branch and I got out an old marksman .177 that I've had for years and proceded to knock down some vermin. So far ive managed a couple each night and I think im running out of rodents hopefully I'll be back on my feet soon and can go for Eurasian dove.

Way to go mate, I bet its helping with the boredom of sitting around. Ive found taking out a few pests each day makes me feel a hole lot better.Happy new year and speedy recovery. stumpy.

I know how you feel about running out of Rodents, the same has happened to me with Magpies, depressing isn't it? lol
