Making 22 caliber slugs?

As pellets get more expensive, is it feasible to cast decent slugs in .22 caliber. I have a lead pot l cast fishing jigs with. I have a couple .22 caliber guns l can tune to the higher fps that slugs need. Has anyone accomplished this? Thanks for any input, Don

One can get molds for both pellets and slugs, however swaging has proved to produce projectiles that are more consistently accurate.

The more I've read, the more convinced I am about swaging. Pouring molten lead into .22 sized cavities just isn't as convenient or clean as pressure swaging.
