You are going to have to fudge a little with a 13/64" in end mill .203, slot width is suppose to be .206, tolerance is huge, +- 008 but I'd err on the side of zero'

Turn the thing into a fly cutter. In a previous life I made things sharp and then others round and stacked concentric, they spun up to 40k rpm.If you use a collet, put a piece of paper on one side… the minor eccentricity should achieve your dimensional goal. John
