Has anyone thought about making an adapter to screw into the MK1/2 action so we can use the M3 bottle/regulator assemble. I’m not a machinist but seem to be something that can be fabricated. I’m not worry about the remaining bottle pressure gauge because the first regulator is set higher than the second. I can always use my inline fill tank gauge to monitor the pressure while refilling too. I’m also wondering if the M3 action has adding air passage.

Hard to say what you would be drilling into if you drilled the Gen1, Gen2 port larger. They may have changed the position of ports in the trigger block in the M3 to accommodate for the larger fitting. Trigger blocks are not cheap either. But someone should try it to find out what would happen.

I saw the Huma dual regulator kit and don’t like the ideal of degassing the gun to remove the bottle.
I would like to see an adapter that replaces the MK1/MK2 bottle adapter and accepts the larger threaded M3 bottle adapter. No drilling or permanent modification to the action.

I question the practicality of the dual regulater idea. Maybe they should re-design the single reg and make it more robust. Current one is pretty delicate.
