Unintentionally went below first Reg. PSI (150bar) to 100bar! 2nd Reg (90bar) what damage will or can occur?

Probably Right, chronographed after shipments 13.4’s 850fps noticed what I’d done a week ago but haven’t shot since then rechronoed 790fps, no other changes were done to gun since last outing.
Was able to get speed back up by increasing micro hammer spring adj. and Vlv. Adjuster to 5th line?

I shoot below the first reg all the time, all the way to my 2nd reg. Nothing happens and I didn't notice anything.

I actually read the manual after purchase and it saying not to go below set reg. PSI. Which in context of the manual I took it to mean 1st reg. I normally shoot down to (not below) my RAW reg. With no issues.
I’m new to the duel reg. Impact so wondered if this may be the cause of my sudden velocity drop? Damage to one or both Regs.?

Couldn’t help myself so just got back from shooting FPS back down to 770. More adjusting count not get above, so unscrewed Hp bottle bleed PSI off all regs. And plenum reattached HP bottle everything back as was, BUT VELOCITY!
What I did notice was plenum not recharging ( swoosh sound…) all the PSI was from 1st reg. 150bar to 140bar and back to 150bar with each pull of trigger? No plenum SWOOSH!
