Lowest FPE with reg AEA HP Carbine TD .22?

Anyone know how low you can set the power with a regulator (such as the huma) and still have the semi auto cycle? For the AEA carbine TD .22 cal. Hoping to get it in the low twenties, otherwise I might get the hp ss pistol instead.

You can add an aftermarket regulator between the bottle and frame.

There is no free lunch with semi-autos, it takes air to operate the blowback system. If you reduce that, you will not operate the blow back.
Why not just add a second LCD on the front of the shroud if you need it to be quiet?

It's not about noise, want the low power to be safer.

Then a semi-auto is not your gun.

What is "Safer"? I ask this because pesting with a BB gun is cruel so pesting at low speeds is cruel too. Target shooting does not need fast pellets but those guns are not semi-auto pellet guns either. Perhaps an adjustable magazine fed PCP that you can power down would fit your needs better?

It can go lower but turning the TP power adjuster to lowest setting(if yours has one) but the semi auto mechanism will not cycle. If you don’t have a transfer power power adjustment version then you can adjust the power at all, A regulator don’t do much.

If you want backyard safe gun the semi auto AEA guns are not a fit. Try other bolt action 177 or 22 cal guns like Gamo urban or PROD.
