Losing a few bars........

Is it common to lose a bar or two of pressure after filling my gun as the air in the tank cools? 

I'm thinking yes but feeling anal at the moment.....lol

Yes, this is perfectly normal and to be expected.

But I shot 150 rounds today for $8.....

Yes as you tank cools you will loose some, its when its cooled and you feel its still dropping thats when you need to take a closer look and may have a leak.

Yes normal. Using now my Red Wolf which gives precise readings on pressure ie 242 bar. I note that when filling slowly to 250 bar looking at gun read out bottle still feels warm. After 5 mins or so bottle cool and now reads say 243 bar. So think best fill very slowly over say 3 or 4 mins. Still new to gun so will watch this aspect. With other guns gauges are not that precise so unknown drop.

It's like when they tell you don't measure your car tires pressure after driving, because you will get wrong readings.

The pressure will increase with the heat, that's the principle of a pressure cooker too, as you could see this physics principle it's present on other aspects of our lives.

Now, the inverse is true also, releasing that air really quick will cool the air, to the point that rapid fire can freeze your shroud.
