Looking To Buy One More AirGun But Really Have A Couple Of Questions

The cocking lever has no leverage it's basically a short pivot to a handle and it pulls the bolt back straight and forward straight. Not terrible but probably as other said not as smooth as some other guns. The only other gun I have is a Marauder and it's light years ahead of that gun. On The merauder the spring tension is so tight that I short stroking number of times. Doesn't happen with the Edgun what I like about the Ed gun is very powerful tunable well engineered and manufacturer easy to work on and super quiet. If it isn't quiet in super and backyard friendly I can't shoot so that's my number one requirement and to meet that at over 50 FPE without adding a moderator which increases the cost weight and length of a gun is amazing. How many guns can shoot over 50 FPE 34 in long weighs 7 1/2 lb and get 40 to 50 shots per fill.

40 shots per fill @ 50 fpe, 5.2 lbs, 34" marauder that cocks over 30% easier than stock here that would like to have a word with you...I'd venture to say many guns can do what you just asked...and more if one so desires...the skies the limit if your imagination and sometimes bank roll doesn't have one...a well built pcp off the shelf is hard to come by...but its not too hard to modify one equally at much less cost...just my 2c...

I have a fond respect for a few of the small PCP builders that put out phenomenal pieces of functional art, but at the end of the day, if I am spending anything over a grand on a air gun, I'm doing it 100% customized, my way..theres something special about having custom parts / rifles tailored to your needs, at least to me...there was a time in history where everything was custom tailored, from rifles, to clothes, to chairs and the bed you slept in...now a days that art is more often than not...lost. I taught myself how to build pcp's over time with the help of the internet, and hands on experiences. I try to share my wisdom and educate others as there seems to be a lot of misinformation or misrepresentation of facts in regards to them, be it potential, their nature, or function by design. There is very little mystery (to me) in regards to pcp's, and I hope I do my part to share enough knowledge as to minimize that misinformation.

Guys I Really Want To Buy an ED Gun So Can You Guy Please Help Me Here.

I Have a Couple Of Questions First Is The Cocking System,

It Looks Awkward,Yes?No?

And For Those Who Have Own And Sold Their ED Gun Why?

Thanks

As far as looks go, I don't think it looks and feels awkward. I find the two cocking handles very useful and depending on my shooting position, I would cock it on either side unconsciously because it's there.

I got my R5M Standard in December last year and I still have it. I have no plans of selling it.

EDIT: I assume you're talking about the R5M Matador right?
