https://www.cheaperthandirt.com/a.r.m.s.-22-throw-lever-rings-30mm-high/FC-MFGNUM22HIGH.html If you want to be close to previous zero, cheap QD's aren't going to be great.
I don't know of ANY rings that are custom fitted that can return to exact previous zero.
https://gungoal.com/tips-guides/how-to-choose-scope-mounts/ For one thing, there's a big difference between Weaver & True Mil Spec Grade Picatinny rings.
http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2020/09/weaver-rail-vs-picatinny-rail-whats-the-difference/ As far as 30mm high Dovetail QD, I suggest that you have a 20-40-60moa Picatinny Mil-Spec rail professionally installed. Then you can use Mil-Spec Picatinny 30mm QD High profile rings that will actually come very close to previous zero.
This would also allow you to keep your scope centered & zeroed where you want it. Directly over center of bore & optically centered in a mirror, with a near/far zero you want.
This of course also allows you to make the best use of your mil-dots.
I don't think QD 30mm Dovetail rings are made. I don't want anyone wasting money on rings they hope to do something they don't/can't. If being within a few inches of last perfect zero is okay, fully understandable.
I just had to point out that what's sometimes labeled as LE Grade, wouldn't be found on any Expert Marksman's dedicated rig.
Hope the links help someone because there's a lack of agreed upon specs in the airgun industry and builds.
