Looking for wind flags.

I'd like to get some wind flags to test out. I saw in one random thread some weighted wind flags that were a stand with 3 individual hanging ribbons marked 3mph, 6mph and 12mph. This seemed like a cost effective solution for a couple of flags but I can't find the item anywhere or the thread which showed it.

I have the same. Very nice flags. And they don't spin around in circles like the others do. Very easy to read at distance too.
