I have to say, and not bragging cause I’m not that type, but this has got to be the quietest pellet trap yet of all I’ve used. I’ve been testing my design now for the past couple of days and it scores high on all these areas-
1. Portability- see line item 10
2. Weight
3. Sound reduction- all I hear is my gun rapport
4. Pellet containment
5. Compactness/easily stored/stackable(if more than one is owned)
6. Simple to maintain- mulch can be used over and over, and all pellets trapped inside can easily be removed
7. Parts easily sourced, except one item
8. Holds targets well. No need for tapes or pins. Simple, reusable magnets is all that’s needed
9. Completely weather safe.
10. If you have multiples of these, targets can be easily set up for a full on range, and reset up to different target set up configurations easily
ill stop there. The one negative- not all can build it. If I see a big enough request for these I’ll consider making and selling these.
Just yesterday while re tuning my impact I shot close to 300 pellets into this trap. It’s held up super well!
