Looking for scope options with mag and weight parameters

I'm looking for a scope FFP or SFP with at least 24x power and 26oz or lighter. $650 is about as high as I want to go for price. Ive been doing a lot of reading and my best choice based on reviews is an Athlon Midas Tac 6-24x50. I like my big Sightron 10-50x56 but rarely go over 40x and it's heavy. Definitely changes the center of gravity on my gun. I have a couple Sightron S-Tac 4-20x50 scopes weighing in at 23oz. I like them a lot but I think I'm going to need a little more magnification for my WFTF gun. 

Before I pull the trigger on an Athlon Midas Tac does anyone have a favorite scope within my parameters?

I've looked at offerings from Vortex,Falcon,Bushnell,MTC and others. But nothing in my weight range and nothing with as many positive reviews as the Athlon.

Just want to point you to the Bushnell 6-24x50 Engage. Just in case you overlooked it. Easy to do, too many options out there.


Comes in at 23.6 oz. Glass is good, turrets are good. Best zero stop in the business. Many positive reviews.

Thanks for the info. I did read a couple reviews on the engage they seem pretty good. But one review said it didn't snap in and out of focus very well so I would be concerned with range finding with it.

I can vouch for the Engage but SFP, Midas Tac probably has better glass! But heavy?
