Looking for recommendations; need a scope for my FX Dreamline arrow shooter

I use this rifle for target shooting fun, 40 yards max distance. I have a Hawke Vantage 4-12x50 on it now because I had the hawke not being used at the moment. Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying the rifle; but feel there is probably a better scope choice. I am an older retired causal shooter, shoot at my home range almost everyday, no competitive shooting. Although when my sons visit, we can get serious.

I hope some of you experienced arrow shooters can give me some advice.

If your scope has holdover REFERENCE POINTS I would just use that. Or spend for a crossbow scope with holdover points and this one has up to 100 yrd holdover reference too. Power is low so I wouldn't worry about parallax

This is got my old brain working, learning new stuff is awesome. I appreciate your input and I am going to continue researching what would work for my shooting situation. Just what I needed.
