I doesn't quite meet your requirements but the SFP Vector Veyron 3-12x44 is pretty compact and doesn't have an overly busy reticle. You can usually find them on sale at DVOR for $120 or so.

Check out the specs on the West Hunter WHT 3-12x44 IR FFP... Very small, compact and capable, liking mine on my Atomic XR.

that utg op3 4-16x 44 has some realy nice glass turrets are really nice and reticle is great

If you look closely at the West Hunter, USO and Veyron 3-12 you can tell that all three are pretty much the same scope. I’m pretty sure they’re all made with the same tube at the same factory with just a few different specs.

I found the ar scope at Bushnell for$150 I like that scope on my Steyr think im going to get one of those possibly

Vector makes a nice little scope. Have one on my Leshiy. Also UTG is worth checking. Had one of those on my Leshiy for some time as well. Great scope and was only around $160 I think. Still have it on a HW97.

Best compact scope
Got a M3 compact coming. Looking a decent compact scope for it to keep it light. Anybody got any experience on them. Prefer something under the $4-500 range.
