Looking for a cover and carrying handle for a Scott 30 minute SCBA tank

It looks like most accessories out there are for 45 minute and up SCBA tanks. I already found a boot. Now I need one of those plastic mesh covers and a way to carry the tank. Does anyone know of products that are verified to fit my 30 minute tank?

He made a set for my MSA (Luxfer) 4.5 liter / 44 cubic feet / 30 minute tank. Got it yesterday & the stands fit like a glove, handle works great.
