How are these pinty guns? I saw some mixed reviews early about the rails being wrong, and being very loud. I guess for proper hunting its not a huge deal.Pinty bull pup beeman comodor regulated

My Urban was 7.5lbs with scope with a perfect balance for offhand shooting. I would still classify the naked 6.6-6.7lbs as light weight, and anything under 6lbs as ultra light weight. In pcp land the Urban is certainly one of the lightest, but there are surely a good many lighter still. But remember many of the modern compact pcps are 8-10lbs naked with terrible balance.
Something else many people dont think about when building a pcp hunter is too light is often worse than too heavy. Some people have a tough time holding a 4-5lbs setup still while hunting offhand. But a balanced 8lbs setup can be more stable and feel lighter than a poorly balanced super light weight setup.
What picatinny adapter is that? How much did your custom M-Rod cost to build? Sounds like a sweet setupThe Urban is not bad, just not super lightweight. The Urban has excellent balance and with that stupid pickle gone is fantastic as a Jeep gun with the bare barrel it is so compact or with the suppressor screwed on it is very quiet but no longer Jeep friendly. The M-Rod Super Light in that photo is noticeably lighter than the Urban, makes over twice the energy and is equally accurate if not more so and the Urban is accurate. I have two Urbans and they are excellent rifles save for that pickle thing.
A real Airforce Condor can be had for $395 at their outlet store right now. Not much more than a Pinty, and you get a lifetime warranty from a company that will still be around in a few yearsHow are these pinty guns? Hi all,
What would be a good lightweight starter pcp for squirrel hunting? I don’t want to sink a ton of money right off the bat into this. I am debating the komplete and put a tube on it so I can fill it that way. High end I have looked at avenge x carbine and zelos. For me starting out that is the high end anyways. Just curious what you all would recommend? I hunt with a Mountain Cur so I put on the miles hunting which is why light is a nice touch.
Is the air force outlet store only in person or online as well?
I have four M-Rods. Two I bought more or less and two I built entirely from parts scrounged, bought and made. That particular rifle cost a pile-O-cash and shoots like it cost a pile-O-cash! Roughly about a fancy, with extras, M4/2 = $M-Rod$What picatinny adapter is that? How much did your custom M-Rod cost to build? Sounds like a sweet setup![]()
Is it this one? Is it a one piece like a BKL or is the clamp section a separate piece?I have four M-Rods. Two I bought more or less and two I built entirely from parts scrounged, bought and made. That particular rifle cost a pile-O-cash and shoots like it cost a pile-O-cash!
The rail atop the Gamo Urban came from that Country Store place in the UK. It along with super low rings and my 40mm objective scope barely clears the barrel. Along with a larger TP from the same place. It also has the GTA trigger which give the Urban a trigger nearly on par with the M-Rod.
Yes, that is it, two pieces, fits the Urban like it was made for it, oh, wait, it was!Is it this one? Is it a one piece like a BKL or is the clamp section a separate piece?

Picatinny Rail Designed for BSA / Gamo Rifles - Bagnall and Kirkwood Airgun Spares
The scope rail fitted to BSA and Gamo air rifles is wider than standard which means many models of adaptor rails do not sit straight and give an offset. This rail is specifically designed for the sizing of the BSA / Gamo rail ensuring centralisation. Ideal for mounting night vision etc. This one...spares.bagnallandkirkwood.co.uk
I have a Velox and while it’s a heck of a lot of fun, I’m not sure I would hunt with it. It’s not accurate enough to be confident of making a killing shot and I have no desire to wound an animal that ends up running away and suffering.Refurb Velox is about same price as Notos right now. It comes with two tanks and mags. Refurb15 15% off code still works https://hatsanairgunsusa.com/product/refurbished-velox/
You can get an adapter or Talon Air sells moderators made just for the Condor. Here is mine with the AirForce FATS adapter. DonnyFL also makes an adapter for the Condor. Are there moderators that go over the barrel on the unsuppressed ones? For the Air Force condors.

Look I have a pinky bull pup since the first week take him out. I haven’t had any problems with it. You can buy aftermarket magazines, their attention shots, and instead of nine shots you get about 37 to 45 shots with one feel it’s regulated and depending on what kind of scope you might have a little bit of issues it’s pretty quiet and a weight only 5 pounds my shoes, Crossman inexpensive pallets almost as good as JSB palletsHow are these pinty guns? Sorry I had an old guy brain fart. I read Pinty and first thing that popped into my head was the AirForce copycat pcps. I know the Bullpup models have far less issues than the rifle and AF versions.Look I have a pinky bull pup since the first week take him out. I haven’t had any problems with it.
