Leyla 2.0 help

I recently purchased a Leyla 2.0 and I decided to clean the barrel. I removed the LDC and the back piece by unscrewing the allen screw in the back and removed that piece. I cleaned the barrel but now i am doing something wrong because when I put it back together the cocking mechanism on the side feel like it is sold against something. It won't cock.

Anybody have any idea what i am doing wrong??

Start back from the beginning and make sure nothing fell inside blocking the hammer

Take off the breech and make sure the hammer is down, cocked and on safe. Then install the breech. It sounds like you put the breech on with the gun not cocked.

Incorrect reassembly. With R3 or R5 series EDguns it is wise to cock the gun and place on safe prior to removing and reinstalling the breech assembly. This will keep the hammer in the correct position related to the cocking linkage in the breech. The linkage must be in front of (muzzle end) of the hammer or the gun can not be cocked.

I've always done the same procedure you just mentioned when removing or reattaching the breach assembly. I watched one of Brian's videos awhile back when I first received my R5M and have always done it that way so I guess I never came across the problem.
