Let's talk Delrin.

I had to file two lawsuits against my neighbors just to build a shed in the back yard. Took 5 years of legal process, and just a little under $10k in legal fees to win the cases. Yes, I live on the west coast.
It may be time to follow so many others leaving the left coast for safety, freedom and the lower cost of living that comes with it.

I'm considering it but my current profession mostly requires big-city life. I probably can't move this summer, but it's pretty likely, next summer. Have no idea where I would move to. I guess I'm going to find out.

Well, that's not going to work then. They will start stinking by then.

Blasting draws a lot of attention, and requires permits.

I spent a solid 10-hours leveling a rock with a jackhammer one day. My neighbours reminded me about it for years.

I imagine there are some mining machines that could make quick holes in my yard but I don't think there's any nearby, available for use. And they must be ridiculously expensive. Would be fun to make a big underground tunnel.

The shovel comment was for the pest living next to you. One of the best moves I done in my life was to leave the city. Much happier.
