Don't know about you but I feel pellet manufacturers should start listing LENGTH of pellets. With all the different guns/magazines out now we need to know BEFORE ORDERING whether they'll fit our mags. Let the pellet producers know that all dimensions should be listed. Anyone agree? Or is it just me?

Listing length on pellets is a great idea, and I've always wondered why manufacturers don't do that too.. 
It's kind of a big deal - Especially for the shallower magazines that won't allow for longer ammo..

Yes! I just bought a box of cast .35 for my Evanix (a.k.a. Winchester 70 .357) and they won't fit the magazine. I tried to look it up in the various Forums for fit and finish but never found an answer. So I agree

YES I agree the more information available. The more informed decision you can make before buying products. That would increase customer satisfaction and decrease customer returns. Win Win

Totally agree! Nick from NSA is mentioning all the lengths in every product.It was very helpful for me before I order a serious quantity . ( living in Europe)

Just got a return email from JSB re: LENGTH of pellets. According to Pavel Kolebac they are going to include this info on their website! One down, hundreds to go! Guess we have some power as a consumer base. We'll see.

i would be surprised if they list an accurate length on their website

i have seen as much as ten thousands of an inch difference in length in two different die #'s

are they going to list all die #'s with dimensions ?

i doubt it

While we’re at it, let’s start a movement on 30 caliber Barracuda Hunter extremes or some sort of 30 cal hollow point. Wish H&N or Vortex would step up on this.

I agree. But I'd add that airgun mfrs could also give us the length of pellet that fits in their magazines as well. Why shouldn't we have that information too?

Bigragu, I agree. I have 2 fabulous FX guns (Royale 500 & Boss .30). Would love to have a hollow point or Hunter Extreme for the .30. Tried making some without a drill press. Stupid me, next to impossible! Really want more energy transfer instead of a "pass through". I believe the companies will entertain the idea if they get enough requests. So many .30's out there. We should have as many options as the lower calibers.

Gerry, I don’t get it. It’s as if all the cool pellets stopped at the 25 caliber. The pellet makers should know by the demand of 30 cal that that’s the hot caliber going on. I guess they assume that the predator polymags are all “we” need. I wonder if the pellet manufacturers also assume that if we want a hollow point that were all just gonna jump to slugs?

Got emails from H&N and JSB this morning. H&N basically says we're SOL with their co. as far as .30 pellets are concerned BUT Pavel @ JSB says a .30 HADES will be out later this year after they release the .25.
