Flex 6700 about $7,000-$8,000. My airguns are definetly < $7,000-$8,000. I reckon quite a few on here have an airgun collection worth more. Never had any interest in SDR's. I started on my dad's Collins S-line in the 80's and have always liked physical knobs on my rigs. 73 Badger

hey, real radios don't need no stinkin' knobs!
SDR is the only way to go. i'd feel blind/deaf without a 10meg waterfall in front of me.

since i got into guns about 10 years ago, haven't done much ham radio hobby.

When my dad got into ham radio in high school in the 50's he went door to door in his neighborhood mooching old radios and other broken electronics from the neighbors. Brought them home and canabilized them for tubes, power supplies, capacitors, pots, etc... Built his own equipment. Almost all hams today can't relate to that. I built a few kits over the years but never designed/built anything from random components.

I've found there is less wind at night down here in coastal NC. So that's when I do most of my 100 yd shooting.

nothing fancy but it sure is nice when its -10 outside and able to shoot for a while got electric heater that will get 55-60 when its id say 10 above if i hook up the second heater i can shoot to say -10 gotta get out of the house shoot some for sure
