Baker Airguns seem to have several on sale in their vintage air gun section but he is not cheap.

Well last time i shot, i slipped some JSB heavy in my Maverick with a heavy liner, and wouldn't you know shooting 75 M getting them on the 2" shoot N see target was not hard at all.Im a bit confused
Well shoot!I voted for .22 because the title of the poll is "If you had to pick 1!!".
However, I like all calibers from .177 to 30-06 equally. They are all tools in my toolbox and I have fun with my tools.
My favorite can basher is my HW50 in .22. It knocks the hell out of a can at 13 fpe at 50 yards and deals with the wind better than a zippy .177.
Also Crosman .22 pellets are available everywhere at very reasonable prices. They seem to do pretty well in most rifles.
YMMV
Sheridan's are still out their. I just picked up a non functional 1955 Sheridan Blue Streak, from a pawn shop in Oklahoma, for about 55 percent of the going nonfunctional ebay price. I had it shooting, and made video with it, 45 minutes after Fedex left it. It needed a pump plunger. I can't tell you how fond I am of this gun as a shooter, not necessarily a collection piece.always wanted to get the 20 Sheridan.. she was a beauty.. I guess they are not made anymore?
if you want backyard friendly PCP 22 I'd highly recommend the umarex notos.. the factory moderator makes it as quiet or more so than a springer.. price is really reasonable too..
