Leshiy 2 vs Huben: Which would you get?

with the huben you get external adjustments, higher magazine shot count, and more shots with the stock configuration (and most likely higher FPE max)

with the leshiy you get portability, removable magazine, and the ability to make it "completely safe" by folding the stock.

ignoring the price differential, if you could only get one (which is realistic for most budgets), which would you get?

you're not wrong. huben also seems to be the "safe" bet, on it's 6th iteration. although any edgun seems like a safe bet too

I would pass on the Huben in a hearbeat. Stupidist magazine design I have ever seen - absolutely zero interest in a gun with a non-removable magazine. Next you'll be buying featureless airguns.

The Leshiy 2 is another step ahead in airgun design by Ed. I have no doubt this will be a winner.

Non removable mag sucks and it is more tedious to load than my other mags. Ed has ingeniously solved the removable mag problem with hammerless PCPs. Besides the compactness, removable mags and air tanks, swappable barrels and shrouds, the huben shoots better at higher power levels based on evidence of Leshiy 2 videos and common sense that smaller airguns become more violent as the power increases.
If I was going to be shooting 50 yards and under most of the time I would choose the Leshiy 2 for all of the advantages mentioned above. 
*also the Leshiy is more compact but the huben is also compact at 32”

For sub 50 yard pesting I vote Leshiy 2. Seems like a really sweet setup. Very easy to manipulate and light to carry.

I like the Huben. Non removeable mag is a non issue with me and its not a stupid design. It doesn't take that much longer to load the 19 round Huben mag or two 10 shot other brand mags that you have to insert a pellet from the front side, hold it in place and turn over to load the other 9. Taipan mags probably easiest to load , insert and shoot.

Four of us went out crow hunting this morning and we have all switched to Hubens for the semi auto function for fast follow up shots. No need to worry about dropping, losing or forgetting mags. 

Never owner or shot a Leishy and really don't have any desire to. I have owned and shot most every airgun made cheap and expensive. Sticking with the Huben for now.

Dropped a skunk this morning at 104 yards with a 25 gr JSB at 900 fps from my Huben.

I chose Edgun Leshiy 2. Portability, robust build, accurate and powerful enough. I also like more radical look. Although those Hubens look good.

Leshy 2 is new on the block and removable mag is a plus. But power and longer barrels with Huben can kill more stuff vs the Leshy2

Huben all the way! Unbeatable customer service from Krazy Kool airguns. I personally like the magazine design. It's like having 2 full mags. Ready to go. Plus you don't have to worry about loosing them or where you can store the extras. They are extremely quiet for the unbelievable power they produce. Fully external adjustable. Great triggers for a semi auto. High shot count. Carry like a dream through the woods. I too have owned several high end to low end pcp's including Edguns and own 2 Hubens today and Love them!

Edgun Leshiy is ingenious, beautiful, well made, compact, but, at least here in Italy, compactness has little importance, since we cannot go hunting with compressed air weapons, so without a shadow of a doubt I would buy Huben (we in Italy have now the gen 5). Very powerful, without hammer, aesthetically beautiful (sin for the lack of a stock in laminated wood) single and semi-auto shot, large fixed magazine with 19 rounds. The only thing I would miss ... a nice 480 cc carbon tank, like that of my Crown.

For those of you with the latest Hubens (6th gen?), what kind of realistic group sizes at 50 yards and 100 yards are you getting with pellets or slugs and what FPE do they produce? Also, the last I recall was that there was no way of doing maintenance on the Huben. I even recall that there was no way of cleaning the barrel and they advertised that it didn't need cleaning. Has any of this changed with the latest iteration of the Huben? Excuse my ignorance. Asking for a friend.

...this information changes my opinion for sure...I would not want to send my gun to back to China for anything/everything...

...I could see buying the Leshiy for no reason at all...
