Leshiy 2 not indexing

My Leshiy has been giving me trouble for awhile as far as indexing. I would like to start a new thread for owners with indexing issues and what it was that you did to fix your problem. My Leshiy wont index until it gets down to 50 bar and it works fine for one mag. At 200bar it wont index at all. Why does it start working when almost out of air.? I turned the reg down as low as possible and it works better but not consistent. It very frustrating, and the only help from edgun is being told to watch the video it's one of the 8 things.

How old is your Leshiy 2? It's possible the spring has been compressed in the R2D2 head. Before any disassembly push down on it and see how much spring rebound you get. Also see if you can pull it up a little bit.

I didn't understand the design at first but the air pressure moves up the indexing arm, but its' the return spring which actually rotates the magazine. So if it's been compressed a bit you will have indexing issues - for me this was the key culprit.

My solution to this problem was not buying a new spring. I took a small plastic washer (you need the hole in the middle for the up/down moving piece) and put it on the top of the spring - semi function has been flawless since.

99% of people have no F idea how the L2 works but still want to play a mechanic. This goes all the way with a big smile up to a moment when the hysteria starts. So what did you do so far...Being a human doctor is easy, a mechanic doctor is a bit harder but the hardest job is a veterinarian, animals don't talk.

If you not trained well in mechanics troubleshooting maybe a best thing to do is to send it back to your dealer and swallow the ticket? This my best advise today because in the past I advised people to learn the trade and I got burned for that part of volunteering.

OK - I've got another thing for you to check. The little pin sticking out on the valve that the trigger pushes in. See if there is a lot of side-to-side play in that pin. If that is the case, the little black ball which holds the pin in place could have broken in half. That happened to me as well and it screwed up the trigger disconnect and the cycling.

After quite a time troubleshooting the same issue, got it fixed. The spring you talking about was the issue. Edgun west gave me new spring for free
