Leshiy 2 bleed screw

Big Leshiy 2 fan have two now and multiple forward plugs accessories for changing cal etc.

My newest forward plug bleed screw is so tight I can’t turn it. My other two plugs the screw is recessed and tight but easily can be turned on this plug the screw is flush and won’t turn what so ever. Any thoughts on this? Did they change the screw design and I’m missing something ?

Thanks for any advice

The way you bled it off sounds correct. I don't know if you have looked at this thread

But somewhere near the end, should be last couple pages, someone else just bled theirs the same way.

I just looked at mine and it is very slightly recessed. Maybe a full thread down from flush. I've bled mine through it a couple times. The first time it felt like it was glued in and when I went to tighten it back down, it started leaking at high pressure (above 200bar). Had to crank it down more to get it to stop. There is no sealant that I could see on the threads to freeze it up. If yours hasn't been pulled before, and it doesn't look canted, make sure you use a tight fitting allen and apply slow steady pressure. It might come out easier now that there is no pressure on the inside against it.

There should be a ball bearing below the bleed screw it seals into a socket. Be very careful tightening against pressure to stop a leak, kind of asking for trouble with threads in aluminum.
