The Leyla in any caliber is a winner! I am absolutely in awe of mine (.177) but would have 1 in every cal avail if I could afford it!!

i am a hunter/pester most of the time and it is awesome for offhand shooting which is 90 % of my shooting. It is so easy to take along on the bicycle, kayak, and hiking.

Just do it. Not sure if they are available right now, but yea.

My first air rifle (of any kind) was the Lelya 2, in .22 cal. a little over a year ago. While I didn't care for the design of the stock, the mechanical part of it is a great thing. The cocking arm has no mechanical advantage as most all other cocking arms do. Once you get past the sorta hard cocking action, it's a great little gun. The factory silencer works well too. No need to add length for an aftermarket silencer as far as I'm concerned. Accurate, easy to shoot, and as advertised, built like a tank.

Lelya & Cricket are kind of different purposes ... Its better to compare Lelya and Taipan Compact ...

I like the lelya so far.. the plastic mags are a little sensitive I’ve broke one the first day snagged o ring... other than being as loud or slightly louder than .25 cricket no complaints
