Leishy grip

hi does anyone know who prints the AR style Leishy grip on here .

like the one on Piotr Leishy?

I don't know if the original designer, a user who goes by maybz, is still printing them. He generously shared the design files though so just about anyone can print one for you myself included. I'm on my phone at the moment, but when I am on my computer I can upload the design files for you here too if you like?
