Hun , I have two questions . What scope do you have mounted ? What barrel came with your rifle, the Alpha precision or LW?

I don't know, did not check it. I just fold it last night, latch closed and didn't know how to open it ;(
today is a range time maybe later afternoon

Just looking at your pic, is the base at the rear of your scope mount making contact with the lever? Just to make sure, when you're trying to close it, are you pressing the lever again?

Not external but easy to adjust. Dropped mine about 10 bar last night. Didn't chrony it after though, .22 has .2 and .2 jets.

Well got my grind on and headed out in the rain. 300m through the woods with my 60min scba, shotgun, tripod, thermos and ammo all in a big backpack and leshiy in hand. Just soaked haha, crosmans seem to do ok but probably going too fast, baracuda match are better so far.

well that’s a bit of a bummer but ok. Once tuned I highly doubt I’ll be changing any settings being a hunting gun and all. Much easier to keep sighted in when you don’t have a bunch of externally adjustable settings . Pick the most accurate pellet and stick with it.

Just received my new toy. As delivered shooting the .25 jsb kings at 900 FPS and the heavies at 780fps . Lots and of power for such a short barrel . Just to make sure this horse is good and dead , this rifle is very loud . At this power level I’m getting two full mags plus two extra shots with a rapidly declining velocity after that. For now I’ve mounted a Vector optics 3x prism sight , it does have just enough eye relief with the last three slots open on the rail. To my surprise , it came with the Alpha precision barrel and not the LW I was expecting. From what I’ve read I’m probably better off as they tend to be a little more accurate in the .25 . I can’t wait to try this out at a longer range than the 10 yards I have in the basement. More info coming.

Man, when I shot mine without the suppressor in the basement (15 meters) I was absolutely shocked by how loud it was! The OEM silencer made a difference, but not enough for me. I now have the Valkyrie Akula Mod40 and that really does quiet it down, at the price of increasing the length. I can’t imagine being in Canada and shooting this without hearing protection. It is as loud as my .22 rimfires unsuppressed.

Yep the latch works but like you the locking pin is the short one. The latch is a little stiff but I’d much rather that than have any play in the action.
