Left Adjustment

I'm hitting consistently right 2 inches at 20 yds even though I have adjusted scope full left. New rings, (second set) and I have even put a feeler gauge between scope ring gaps to ensure uniformity. All screws are tight with blue loctite to the point I that I am afraid that I will shear bolts if I go any farther. Gun is a Crosman NP2 22 caliber. Please advise. Thanks

Try rotating the front ring 180 degrees. That will put one clamp screw on either side of the receiver. If not, maybe your barrel is bent. I have a Benjamin NP2 and if you put put a long straight edge on the barrel with it extended over the breech you can "maybe" determine if the barrel favors one side. The barrels are not hard to take off. Put the breech block in a padded vise and use a rubber or leather mallet to strike near the muzzle to move it to the left. You do need a fair amount of force to bend it. Before you do that lay the barrel on it's side with a flat block under the breech block, measure the height that the muzzle is off the table. That is you stating point, put it in the vice give it a few whacks and check again to see if you achieved a little "correction". It's easier this way than constantly putting it on and off the gun to see if you moved it.

The OP stated he has adjusted his scope "full left". If he is hitting to the right of the bullseye, you would turn the turret in the direction you want it to go i.e. left.

You are correct that in order to move your POI to the left, the crosshairs need to go to the right, but the R / L arrows on the scopes turrets take that into consideration and when you dial it to the left, unseen by you, the crosshairs are moved to the right.
