Any other Impact owners out there experience having pellets lodged between the barrel -- hole --- and transfer port?
This has happened to me more than once with these 2 rifles. I suspect the problem stems from carelessly failing to pull the lever all the way back, which causes the pellet to remain partly in the magazine. This pellet will not exit the barrel when the trigger is pulled and the next pellet may push it into the barrel (partially).
When this happens, I have found that the best thing to do is get out a cleaning rod, pull the barrel out approximately an inch, then push the first pellet out of the barrel. That beats having the pellet trapped between the barrel and the transfer port.
