Leapold Dot I want to see the difference

Brandon if you call the custom shop they can tell you exactly how much area each dot will cover at 25. 50. Or 100 yards ...Makes it a lot easier when you know how large the dot is . The large Leupold dot on my FX3 12 power covered just over 1/8 inch at 25 meters . Small dot covered about half that . But a lot depends on the magnification and distance . I took a target at that distance and Drew out the size of the dot would cover and looked thru scope to see which I preferred.....When the scope came back it was exactly what they said it would be .

I just wanted to see if anyone had pics or had a recommendation of dot size to go with. I’m thinking of getting a Leupold freedom EFR 3-9. It will go on a spring gun, so shooting 10’ to 150’
I purchased a vx2 EfR from Leupold about a year+ ago and they talked me out of the dot then. He couldn’t get me any info or a pic of what it would do at the shorter ranges.
