Leak on my FX Streamline

Thank you for the information.

Is it possible that the hammer spring has so much preload that the valve is not closing properly?

No it's not. The hammer system on fx guns is a free floated one, wich means the hammer is never applying pressure to the valve even when the hammer spring tension is set to it's maximum.

If you can't find the leak i'd check the valve pin and valve seat orings, a small leak can be pretty hard to spot there even more if it's slow. I remember the only leak i had on my Royale was the valve pin oring, i could't figure out where it was until i saw the damaged oring, it was about 10bars/ day

Yes, the b15 is an anti-tamper device. But very similar to what you've got on your gun.

This is pretty simple,

  • if you have the black hst adjuster ( the one with no spring guide or "pin inside the spring" as you just called it), you have a hammer weight then (B12)
  • If you have the brass hst adjuster (the one with the spring guide), you won't have a hammer weight installed

As the hammer weight acts as a spring guide itself, it won't need the spring guide installed on the hst nut, that's why they are differents in shape. It's not possible to have a brass hst adjuster instelled at the same time with a hammer weight. Hope you got me, if not just ask 😉

p.s. the black hst nut is not represented on the diagram

P.s 2 - hst = hammer spring tension

As I have to buy o'rings I'm going to buy 2 of each. What's the size of the filling probe o'rings?

5x2mm. I'd recomend polyurethane orings since they manage the friction better than the classic nbr ones, but they could be quite hard to find. If you don't find them go with the good old nbr.

And about the dissasembly, let me see if i can find any video that could help you
