Leak on my FX Streamline

Hi all,

My FX Streamline has a very slow leak.

Is there a way to find out where's the leak?

Is there a set of O'rings for the Streamline to buy somewhere (I'm in Europe).

find the leak by spraying soapy water around until you see bubbles forming.

possible but not likely. please do the soapy water test. could be as simple as the gauge needs tightening.

put a condom or a ballon at the front of the bottle and the end of the barrel and tied them, thats an easy way to see the leak

No it's not. The hammer system on fx guns is a free floated one, wich means the hammer is never applying pressure to the valve even when the hammer spring tension is set to it's maximum.

If you can't find the leak i'd check the valve pin and valve seat orings, a small leak can be pretty hard to spot there even more if it's slow. I remember the only leak i had on my Royale was the valve pin oring, i could't figure out where it was until i saw the damaged oring, it was about 10bars/ day

I also noticed the part. B14 is not like the one in the exploded diagram. Mine is only the screw. It doesn't has the pin inside the spring...if you know what I mean.

Depending on caliber it might have a different either steel or brass hammer spring adjuster. My guess is it comes with either b14 or 15. Is yours a .25? The .25 might come with b15 and b12, whereas the .22 might use b14 and no b12.

Again just a guess ive never even held a streamline.

Mine is .22. The B15 is the anti-tamper for UK guys...I think.

Mine doesn't have it.

Yes, the b15 is an anti-tamper device. But very similar to what you've got on your gun.

This is pretty simple,

• if you have the black hst adjuster ( the one with no spring guide or "pin inside the spring" as you just called it), you have a hammer weight then (B12)
• If you have the brass hst adjuster (the one with the spring guide), you won't have a hammer weight installed

As the hammer weight acts as a spring guide itself, it won't need the spring guide installed on the hst nut, that's why they are differents in shape. It's not possible to have a brass hst adjuster instelled at the same time with a hammer weight. Hope you got me, if not just ask

This morning I've put a baloon on the barrel and another one on the tube (filling side).

I will tell you if any inflate.

It seams that the balloon on the barrel is a little bit inflate. That's not a good sign. 

Probably the leak is on the valve...

Replace valvepin (1.5x1mm) and valve seat (4.3x1.5) orings. Both nbr70.

For some reason fx didn't include those oring measures on the streamline's drawings.

5x2mm. I'd recomend polyurethane orings since they manage the friction better than the classic nbr ones, but they could be quite hard to find. If you don't find them go with the good old nbr.

And about the dissasembly, let me see if i can find any video that could help you
