Lead Wire for swaging slugs / pellets

Want to make sure people know where to get lead wire from as I put the links to purchase on a different website. Everything stays the same except what site you go to purchase.

Please use my casting equipment site with this link:

Nick!

I hope that you are doing well.
I know that it cost money to add your Lead Wire site to the advertising banner on AGN, but it might be more helpful when someone is in need of knowing where to buy your product since it's no longer on the 'Slug' site.
Or....put a small notice on your NSA website with a link to the Lead Wire site would be very helpful....and not cost so much?
Just referring to NSA doesn't do it.

Don't want to bash either one here.....but taking an NSA slug and a Corbin slug, that I swaged, the Corbin slug is much often and easier to get into a tight bore.

To me I have seen that the Corbin lead is much softer than NSA. NOW..... I haven't used any of the NSA lead wire to swage my own slugs in the S-Press. Mainly because if anything is different I don't want to damage the press. So I have been using the boxed slugs from NSA.

It’s not the same lead. I was told by NSA and Corbin that they both sell pure lead wire. However, they do not behave the same in Corbin S-Press swaging dies. This is not bashing, these are facts. Slugs produced by both shoot well enough for me though.

@woogie_man I can’t see any way that NSA’s lead will harm your press. The press is solid.

Yeah I agree.

Though talking with Corbin, I will stick with their lead. Don't want ro change it, epically at the price.

If their, NSA, swaging lead is the lead they are using in the production lead.....it isn't pure lead. There has to be something else in it as it is much harder than the 100% pure lead from Corbin, and other manufacturers for bullet casting.

Looks like NSA is partnering with Air Venturi. That’s the best I’ve found regarding a sale of the company (NSA).
