Lead pellet vs. Copper coated: Which records best?

What pellet records the best?

In essence to get a pellet flight to record well the pellet should reflect the sun's light back in to the camera.

Has any one expirmented with what pellet does this the best?

I would assume a copper coated pellet would be the shiniest which would equate to being the most reflective and there for be the best to use if you wanted to record pellet flight assuming your air gun shoots them well.
