LCS SK 19

I just ordered a LCS SK 19 from AirGun Arizona and received it today however when I went to load it the magazine index would not cycle for me to load the pellets. Can anyone help with this situation?

Did you lift the lever? If so the barrel is likely screwed in too far. Contact AoA for the easy fix.
