I sent my LCS SK-19 in for repairs. Have not heard from them over 8 weeks. Anyone else have issues with them?

I tried contacting the them looking for parts sent a few emails and calls no answer. Tried calling A O A. And spoke with a tech , he was very patient understanding sent me the last of a few parts they had. Thank you 
also spoke with gentleman on the phone that was having problems with his LCS. We figure out the problem. If I get any answers back from manufacturer I will be sure to post.
