LCS -19 moderator results

New to the forum, looking for any input from members on Moderator results for quieting the .25 LCS. Also AOA shows the Donny FL only fits on the Longer 13 inch shroud sold prior to 8-1-20. Mine is the newer version so what options are there?

I have a new version LCS SK19 and most of the sound is from the air-hammer and a moderator won’t change that. I watched this video and if memory is correct a Donny FL only brought the sounds down a few dB

Thank you, if that’s the case I may need to put it in the classifieds, most of my shooting is at my home in a neighborhood. The LCS is not nearly as quiet as my .22 HP Renegade or my .25 HP Pulsar.

Just slow the speeds down either by manually cranking down the speeds or using a heavier pellet. You'll be amazed how quiet that thing is at slower speeds. Still pretty damn accurate too! I have a shogun on mine. Another thing is to have someone else shoot the lcs while you stand a couple feet away. As mentioned the action is right next to your ear so what you hear is not what everyone else hears. It is quieter than you think. Donnyfl has a three adaptors for the sk19, I'm sure one of those must be able to fit yours.

I put a Donny Ronin on mine and I honestly cant tell the difference from the stock moderator. The noise is from the action is louder than the shot itself. Just my opinion but I would do like Heathservices said and turn down the speed and have someone else shoot it to compare. I don't thing its worth the extra money to put on a different moderator.

When I shoot in mine in the back yard I dial the power wheel down into the 600 fps range and it does the trick.

Same results here - I put a Shogun on mine and it just made the gun longer and heavier. Went back the factory moderator.
