Latest JSB MK1 Heavy from Trenier Outdoors

Just received a shipment of .25 jsb King Heavy (MK1) from Trenier. There are MK2 pellets inside every tin. I've known about this problem for a while, so I kinda figured there would be MK2s inside(I have a barrel that likes the MK2s) For others that really need ACTUAL MK1s, you have been forewarned. Who knows how long JSB will take to acknowledge/fix the issue

Well, the big lie continues. Apparently Pyramyd Air has talked to either Predator or JSB since they now have this on their web site.
Please note: The only difference between the original King Heavy and the King Heavy MkII pellets is the outer diameter of the skirt. This dimension on the original MKI pellets are 6.68 – 6.70 mm while the MKII pellets measure 6.58 – 6.60 mm. The appearance of the skirt or back of the pellet can vary.
However, I just got four tins each of Mk2 and Mk1 and ALL the pellets have the 6.60 skirt diameter. Maybe if they repeat the big lie enough times we’ll believe them?

The "loop" is that JSB no longer makes the .25 King Heavy but still sells Mk2 in King Heavy tins. So this way they can sell them for a while to shooters that have great performance with the King Heavy (Mk1) and give them Mk2 instead which is all they really make anymore....

Oh ok, been reading thanks that sucks, I have some of the first original MKII that are at least 5 years old I'm going to take a look at the skirt depth. It's just a partial tin so sorry nothing to sell...I could read yalls mind as I typed this lol

In a .25 Delta Wolf and .25 Cricket2, night and day difference in accuracy... What really surprises me is that the Daystate branded Sovereign .25 Heavy pellets are a copy of the Mk2? Odd to say the least, or maybe Daystate knew before hand that JSB was no longer producing the King Heavy...?

I know that this is a Trenier post but I ordered from Pyramyd and got mine in this last Friday. And yep MKII in MKI clothing (aka, the tin).
I have some older MKI’s and there is a huge difference looking at the inside of the skirts. This happened to me last year and I did some photos on a post about this very problem.

Drumsnguns, not just a Trenier issue i was just curious on the current pellets shipped. I had some backordered at Trenier and held off ordering the current pellet configuration. I have a few MKI left and they shoot better out of the Delta Wolf.25 so i wanted to confirm before placing the order. I dont want to replenish my supply with something that is not the same when the old style works better at the original dimensions in certain guns.
