Last week Krale refunded my money (excluding shipping) for a P35X I purchased in early May. I had refused UPS delivery of it due to the 145% tariff ($860), and it was sent back to Krale. Nothing is quick when dealing with them, and emails always took days or more for a response. But, they always responded... eventually :). A phone call can be expensive, but it works wonders for speeding things up..

I'm sure dealing with our tariffs, has been a big headache for them and many other non-US companies.

I will continue to do business with them, but.... definitely will make sure I know and understand the tariff situation! No more surprises next time!!
