Krale Sport vendor

I have made three pellet orders with them due to not being able to source here in the states. Two orders went smoothly and I had them in three days. UPS damaged the third the shipment in Germany and according to the tracking they discarded the contents and the shipping box. I contacted Krale via email and they were quick to respond and re-sent the order after verifying what occurred. All three of the pellet orders I received were in great condition, I expected a few to have bent and mashed skirts but I didn’t notice anything like that when checking the tins. So far I am extremely happy with them and will definitely use them more often going forward.

I will have to be the odd man out, I guess.

My Krale gun order was initially scheduled to be delivered 9/9/21. Was never moving out of the UPS Worldport in Louisville, though. It would get a daily 'Import Scan', and I would get the notification from UPS daily that it was going to be delivered the next business day, but it just never moved (even after I opened up a loss claim).

Of course it is nearly impossible to talk with a live human at UPS, but when I was actually to speak with someone, I was told that it was under an 'Alphabet org Hold.' I explained to the nice lady that it was not a firearm, but a pellet gun kind of like a Daisy Red Ryder only powered by air instead of a spring.

She communicated with the entity that put the gun on Alphabet org hold, and in her own words said that it was not a firearm, but an airsoft BB gun.

Since I was copied on all of the emails now, I was somewhat shocked to see the entity's terse response "Shipment forwarded to CBP."

Maybe CBP got it and responded 'you clueless dolts, this is a pellet gun.' But whatever occurred, the gun was released the following day. Possibly due to the extra and unwarranted scrutiny they also then asked for me to pay Customs duties.

Got the gun finally delivered the following day. Instead of the original scheduled delivery date of 9/9, the gun was delivered on 9/22. And probably that soon only because I was actually able to speak with someone at UPS.

YMMV, but that is my experience with the first gun I have purchased from Krale.

We are all paying the price of the anti's having taught all school children that guns are bad. "You don't need to know anything about them other then they are all bad." Now these brainwashed schoolchildren are entering the workforce. It will likely only get worse from here on out.

We bought a Weihrauch HW97K a few years ago from Krale. We saved $100 buying it from Krale as opposed to AOA. The mainspring broke, piston seal broke, and the breech seal melted all within 90 days. Someone on this list said they'd probably send me a return label to repair or replace it. I contacted Krale about it. This was their response:

Thank you for your reply.

A return label is only provided by us if the problem is declared within 14 days after purchase and if the product is obviously delivered faulty. Since this is not the case right now, there is nothing else I can do. You'll need to send the rifle back on your own costs. There is no Weihrauch Service center in the USA as far as we know.

Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards,

I ended up fixing it myself. It would have cost more than $100 to ship it back to the Netherlands. And of course, I would have had to pay return shipping, too.

Krale is fine as long as you don't need customer service.

I won't buy from them again.

I'll pay a little more and buy from AOA. They give great service. They're a little slow to ship sometimes; but they give great customer support.

Hope this helps.
