So, I had been keeping a keen eye on availability of a Walther LGV in .22 at Krale. They sent me an email saying it was in stock. I checked, sure enough, In Stock. Put it in cart, double checked availability, it was in stock.
So, I placed my order, CC was charged, only to get an email the next day saying it was not in stock, and would get dispatched as soon as it became available. The gun has been out of stock for over 3 months.
I have emailed them twice requesting a refund. No answer in 3 days. Advice? Should I call the CC co?
