KRALE ordering; anyone have experience with them?

I've emailed them questions a couple times, and always received a reply within a couple days at most. 

Ordered from them twice, and had the guns in 4 days. I'm in Alabama like @Bocephus

If you can get in touch with them, I'm sure they will make it right. Sucks though. Hope it works itself out soon.

I ordered my Empire X on a Thursday and had it on Tuesday. If you've seen my other post about the first shot through the rifle then you know my issue. I did receive an email response saying they would send me a return label on their dime. Haven't seen the label yet so just emailed them about it today so we'll see. Shipping was excellent considering it came from the Netherlands!
