Kral Puncher series - Are they reliable?

Hey there all. New to the airgunning world, but I've been doing a lot of research.

On their face, the Kral Puncher series guns seem like one of the best values for your money, considering their features, materials, accuracy, etc. Even accounting for it's reportedly disappointing power, the Kral Puncher Breaker seems tough to beat at the price point.

However, I heard that some of the earlier models showed signs of poor machining, and would fail within a few months. People have also complained about minimal support from the manufacturer. 

So, what's the verdict? Have they shaped up as production has expanded? I've noticed that I don't see a whole lot of Krals on the secondary market, which could be a good sign.

 They seem to have gotten the bugs out of them other than an occasional cocking lever and valve stem problem however both parts are available after market and are not only affordable but much better then original.

a couple of these new stocks look really good. I have thousands of pellet through mine and it's still going strong. I just hope they offer up these new stocks, but I'm not holding my breath..

............+  Ken, you can get yours hydro dipped probably as cheap as what they want for those, if not cheaper then for sure faster than waiting, my Zbroia is at the body shop as we speak for a C/F or a Gator dip , not sure what I will end up with, roger BTW, I like the top pic, don't really care for the bottom pic..

Thanks for the responses guys. How are you finding the accuracy at ranges above 25 yrds? The AEAC video made it seem like the gun performs quite poorly at 50 yrds. And are they quiet?

 My .22 Puncher Breaker will easily group at or below 3/4 inch at 50yds with calm winds. Perhaps I got lucky. Not a single problem as of yet...and its so easy to work on that Im not at all worried. Love it!

3/4" or so at 50 yrds with jsb 18.13, I haven't been to the range with the new redesigned jsb 25.39's yet but out to 25 yrds they're grouping tighter than the 18.13's.
Noise wise, factory isn't that bad, but I've added a quiet kit from Troyhammer & a Fatboy LDC, its amazingly quiet now. Marauder baffles fit, and you can add them to the shroud as I believe from the factory it doesn't have baffles.

I shoot mine a lot on low power, 9-10fpe with H&N FTT 14.66 which I spray the inside of the skirt white, you can see them through the scope while they travel (a Hajimoto tip), lots of hosp head shots in the yard, very accurate pellet at low velocity.

Try some heavier pellets. Eunjin 28.5 g is my hunting pellet at full power. The 14.3 grain CPHP are very fast at full power and very accurate at half power (at almost the same speed as the heavies at full power).

The Kral Puncher with Thammer quiet kit is not as quiet as my Prod with the MM moderater, but it ain't bad.

BTW..That Puncher Pro 500 Really caught my eye! A little work from Troy Hammer ought to turn that into a Beauty in .25! He has done Great things to the Jumbo.

This has my eye right now a true mix of pistol / rifle could make this the ultimate truck gun.

I have a puncher mega marine .25. Bought it through Troy and I think it’s a gen 2. Came shooting jsb and air arms 25.4 grain @ 820,..850 with a turn of the adjuster, and 1/2 groups @ 50 yards. So far has worked flawlessly. I lubed everything with krytox and cleaned/polished the barrel, that’s it. It’s a great 50-60 yard Varmint gun.
