Kral puncher custom cheek piece

Hi all,

So i assume that kral owners are aware of the high mounts that we need for the puncher breaker.

I was sick of it too so since i didnt want to put my face against the steel i came up with this

Its just two layers of pvc pipe cut shaped bonded and painted and i must say it feels awesome (not just because i made it ) .

I think this sort of thing could work with other rifles with no cheek pieces or too high ones.

What happened to your stock cheek rest?

It uses the original screw to hold it in place

I still have it but i just wanted it to sit lower since with the og i had to use a picatinny riser

Yossshooter Nice idea was just wondering doe's it stay in place with only one screw ? Seems that you may need a piece of foam or rubber put on the bottom left inside corner to rest up against the breach to make it solid . Please do not think that I am criticizing because I like the idea . I shoot left handed so my eye & glasses are right over the mag & I'm worried about the seal blowing out . If I find someone with a 3d printer I'll have it extend over the mag & a inch past if it's feasible . Is your sidelever from Troy Hammer ? mine is still stock . One more question please - when you installed the sling swivel to the back of the stock , is it hollow ? think I know the answer . Since it's raining outside I'm working on mine also. Thanks and yes it is supported with a a few pieces of foam and it doesnt move at all.

The sidelever is made by a machinist here in mexico kind of like the one from the kral pitbull.

And the sling stud is held in with a few washers and a treaded aluminum tube its not goin anywhere.

@Yossshooter Thank you for posting this!! I've been through the cheek piece blues and have fabbed a few that I didn't end up liking. I actually saw your cheek piece on another thread and was going to message you to ask about it, glad you have a post for it. I will try your mod today.



I ended up getting (2) Burris QD scope mounts for the discovery scopes I use for this gun at $90 each...! hoping I don't need new mounts again. Message me if you would consider selling me your cheek piece you don't use.

Jeffdodge its a really simple mod buddy and it does offer greater comfort with cheek weld .

As far as for selling them well im in mexico so shipping alone would suck but again its really easy to make.

what do you mean by "2" layers?

I cut a pvc pipe of about 2inch in dia down the middle and then glued two pieces of it to make it sturdier

What size screw is needed for the cheek piece if the original screw was lost? I like this idea, may try it myself.
