Hello so just got my kral npo3 and so far I'm impressed with looks and handling of the gun trigger is pretty nice surprisingly. My question is what pellets do the kral guns typically like in this power range. Haven't did any chrony work yet just cleaned barrel And mounted scope max range is 50 yards for me plan to mostly hunt ground squirrel or birds with this.

Mr Kral barrels do ok with the Hades in .22 and .25.
In .22 I use 28.5g Seneca domes as my top preferred.
In .25 the AA domes are superb..

I need help to decide: Kral NP03 or Airforce TalonP? Both are .25 cal but one is single shot and Kral is repeater.

I have them both and both are excellent guns.
If I had to choose one over the other I would choose the TalonP, the Lothar Walter barrel is better and it's more powerful hunting gun.

200 bar fill down to 160 bar

How many consistant shots should I expect from this later I'll shoot past 160 bar to see if maybe the sweet spot is under 160 bar but was getting loud lol waiting on donny fl. I plan to use these pellets or the 14.3 or the 15.8 in jsb but waiting on those pellets to arrive.

Isfun I had an air force escape ss Wich is pretty close to talon p except quieter. It is a good gun but the egronomics are not for everyone I had a hard time shooting it accurately consistently but that was probably more me than the gun the egronomics didn't fit me well. So far the NP03 egronomics fit me better but for sure less power depends probably what you plan to use it for and if you can live with egronomics of the rifle. I currently also have a taipan veteran compact and a hatsan flash and in do fine with those I think it more about your shooting style and how the gun fits you.

Power adjustability with the TalonP is better. If you add the ring loc kit or talontunes adjustable tophat depending on which talonp you have, the ability to adjust power levels with the power wheel offers so many different settings.
It's also a more compact fit carbine, whereas the NP-03 is a rifle with a removable collapsible stock.
I've had a couple issues with my NP-03, haven't had a single problem with the TalonP, very simple platform.

I'd shoot full power and adjust the hammer spring to the level you're after.
I shoot my .25 200 to 100 bar.

Thanks RBD2. Yes true, ergonomic and shooting style are important factors to decide which to buy as a keeper. I've many air rifles like Hatsan incl. Vectis and Flash, Airforce Texan SS and Gauntlet. But I'm looking for smt compact enough to fit in back pack and quiet of course.

I know that NP03 can adjust the stock and TalonP can get aftermarket adjustable stock too. But which one shoot well in with slugs and higher shot count? Does the NP03 able to shoot .25 cal slugs? Have you tested may be? Does both airguns like JSB pellets or Predator Polymag?

These shoot really well in my .22 puncher breaker.
I use them in .25 in my NP-03, a very underrated pellet.
