Kral Mega .177 Tuesday Delivery

Willie- a quick inspection of the shroud going through the barrel band showed it was off to one side. I thought the barrel was simply off center from the factory. When I loosened the set screw, the barrel sprung, yes sprung, to its neutral position. Apparently, it's abuse from shipping caused the barrel to twist to one side. So, before you start shooting, loosen the barrel band and center it as best you can around the shroud. Good luck

Okay so I will get some pics up in the morning, For my high-rise scope mounts I raided my Black Powder drawer and found a set that I bought at Walmart of all places they are see through and the perfect height. I sold my 6x24 Sun Optics Scope with the bulldog (Brain Fart) so my scope mounts wasn't the only thing that got stolen out of my Black Powder drawer It so happens I have a Thomson Center 3x9 aint pretty and isn't the most expensive scope on the market but its another cheap but good product. The glass is good and it has a close focus
I mounted the Bottom rail and unlike the others with synthetic stocks it did fit well and the screw tightened nicely. That being said the rail does have two what looks like blank spots on each end that some screws could be used to insure that the rail doesn't turn or move. I am not real sure what I will do haven't had but a really quick look at everything.
Unfortunately the two utility tools I don't have and didn't get is a trigger weight tool nor a sound meter.
I did have a chance to run a few rounds through just to see how the trigger and action feels.
While I did feel some very small amount of gritty feeling coming up into the second stage it still felt good and the "stop " was a solid I know its there with a clean snapping break. I personally like a hard stop into the second stage.
Thanks again
