Krait X, 700mm

I've got the "baby", (short barrel) Krait. Just a barrel difference.

While there were regulator problems early on, AirMaks worked the problem to get things straightened out.
I waited a while before buying one, while the first "new" (second) regulator was provided. Then there was a third version. I guess, I was lucky with the second version, and have had zero problems with my Krait. I put a digital gauge in the back to try to keep a close eye on the regulator.
As I said, "zero" problems anywhere with the gun.
At first, I thought I was...having a regulator pressure problem, then realized, that the numbers that I was seeing on the digital gauge, were not only small variances, but were small enough that they would not even show up on an analog gauge !

So yes, I wouldn't hesitate if you like the gun. Again, zero problems anywhere with my Krait. I shot it the other day after sitting about two+ months. I had put a piece of tape on the analog gauge to verify the pressure in the air cylinder. NO visable...needle movement. And again, only a couple of bar on the digital gauge on the first shot, and back to it's normal small variance of a couple of bar between shots, as normal in ANY gun, that ONLY a digital gauge will you able to see.

Sorry, no idea on the pellet energy.
Two reasons.
1 - Don't care. I don't hunt anything but little black dots on a piece of paper.
2 - I don't always use the same weight pellet. This changes the energy.

Shooting slugs -
No, I don't shoot slugs. I bought this as a...pellet gun. If I want to shoot slugs, I go out to a range and shoot firearms.

My accuracy is subjective. I shoot offhand, (no sticks, bags, bye or tripods). I'm almost 73. So...add those two up and you'll find that some days...I have good days...and some days, not so much ! But, yeah, on good days, I'm happy with the guns accuracy. I don't shoot far, 25 yards or less. In these distances, removing a 5/8" dia. black dot from the paper target, offhand normally is no problem.

My Krait is a .22.

Hope that helps some.
